Complete with client:
- Evaluate current FIM platform
- Create matrix of recommendations including effort, cost and benefits
- Design functional requirements

- Facilitate RFP process up to and including final selection
- Manage implementation project and/or liaison between technology team and operation

- Generate a robust train the trainer program to ensure organization has sufficent super users

- Complete certification program for all stores during rollout to ensure adherence to new program
- Create sustainability plan including the creation of a corporate FIM administrator position(s) as required
- Create sustainability/accountability program for all stores to be measured throughout the year
