AISLE 02 · What We Do
Inventory & On-Shelf Availability
Get the items customers want on the shelf and shoppable. That is sales. That is the reason for the trip.
The system can recommend the order. It cannot make the item show up right. Production planning tools, CAO, handhelds — they will tell a store what to bring in. They will not walk the set, fix the schematic, catch the bad PLU, or stop yesterday's product from sitting in front of today's. That last stretch is sales and the trip. That is the execution layer.

Six workstreams, applied to your specific gap.
On-Hand & In-Stock
What the customer can actually buy today. Counts, holes, and the gap between the system on-hand and the assortment on the shelf.
Ordering and Replenishment
How the store brings product in — cycle, frequency, min/max, what to do when the suggested order is wrong.
Fresh and Prepared Production
Where the banner has it — production planning, recipes, yield, assortments, and what has to be made before the rush. Grocery-heavy. Not the whole aisle.
Presentation and Shopability
Set, assortment, facing, price integrity, display. This is top-line and the trip — the item is there, it looks right, they can find it.
Store Work That Gets in the Way
Open, close, cull, clean, extra touches that steal hours from the set. Cut the work that does not move availability or sales.
Waste, Markdowns, and Known Loss on the Set
Spoilage, late markdowns, bad codes, scale and PLU errors. Leave theft and door controls in Aisle 01.
